The hotel is conveniently located near great shopping and dining options. In the rooms, guests can enjoy comfortable bedding and some nice amenities, such as convenient toiletries.

The cleanliness of the property leaves something to be desired.

An easy base for long term. It was in general a good experience. We really enjoyed it. You wo n't be disappointed if you stay in Al Rawda district.

Staff needs more expirence.

During Christmas vacation, I booked a suite and there were some aspects of it that were enjoyable. First, the décor inside the suite was quite impressive, with comfy furniture and inviting colors. Second, the suite was conveniently located close to the main attractions of the area, which made it easy for us to get around and see things. Finally, I appreciated how the hotel staff was attentive to our needs and always willing to help out.

There were a few areas of concern that could be improved in the future. The options offered were very limited and there was a lack of variety.

We had a great time at this hotel. The staff were amazing and went out of their way to help us find food, especially when we arrived late at night. The rooms were spacious, clean, and had a good temperature. We found the hotel to be in a convenient location near many restaurants and malls, which made it easy to explore the area. we think this hotel was a good value for the money.

We had a wonderful stay at this luxurious hotel. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city, making it convenient for us to explore the local attractions and enjoy the vibrant surroundings. The staff here were simply amazing, going above and beyond to ensure we felt welcomed and taken care of throughout our stay. The level of service provided was top-notch, with prompt room service and laundry facilities that made our stay even more comfortable. The room amenities were also impressive, including ironing facilities, tea and coffee supplies, a well-stocked mini-bar, and a cozy sitting area. We couldn't have asked for more!

We highly recommend this hotel to our family and friends.

The location is fabulous. The staff is all right. The hotel is not very noisy given that it is behind a very busy street. Cleaniness is OK except for some mild smoking odor in the room.

The facilities are a little old. The towels are worn out. The bathroom had a leak and was not working when I checked in. The furniture cushions are "dead".

No Hot water for a few days until my room was changed. Found my reservation printout at the frontdesk with personal credit card information available for anyone who walked up to the counter to see. Menu and availability of the food services very misleading. Would only recommend if you dont have high expectations and perhaps wont be in the room much.
